蘇州纖鑫制衣有限公司創立于1995年，是一家集女裝研發、設計、生產、銷售為一體的大型女裝服飾企業。通過iso9001質量體系認證，2007年被評為“蘇州產品”。

2002年公司在江蘇常熟莫城興建占地15畝、建筑面積7000平方米的現在化生產基地。同時引進了日本生產設備250臺，專用設備齊全。企業現有員工400人，年生產中高檔系列女裝50萬件（套）。公司逐步建立了一套科學化、規范化、程序化的管理制度。
